"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. He gave my wife and me a reasonable quote and was able to begin work in less than 2 weeks (due to rain and this being an inside job). He is a very experienced man, and we discovered, very knowledgeable in many areas, not just ceramic tile. He always showed on time; has a very calm, professional demeanor; and excellent work ethics. While demolishing our bathrooms, for Brandon to do the tile, due to old pipes, we sprung 2 leaks. Brandon went above and beyond to help me get the situations resolved quickly. While he was here, my wife picked his brain about a ceramic tile backsplash in our kitchen, venting our dryer outside, replacing a couple windows, and helping us complete our stairs after laying vinyl wood flooring.
