"All Solution Electric came and installed bathroom fans in two of my bathrooms, and were very patient and helpful throughout the process as some hurdles arose in terms of the fans I had bought being faulty (thanks cheap Amazon quality control), waiting while I ran to purchase a new fan that day, installing around the old construction ?character? of the house, and coming back to quickly fix a wiring issue. "If it would be possible I could give more than 5 stars. Jeff and Connie are very nice people and incredibly knowlegable specialists. They went above and beyond, conducting inspection of our house. I invited them because of presence of mold and odors. The house was thoroughly inspected not only for those problems we concerned of, but for all other possible hazards. Jeff and Connie spent as much time at our house as it was needed to complete all the aspects of required inspection. Each room, even every little space, furnace, AC unit, stove, refrigerator were inspected. Shortly after appointment I got detailed reports with photos and multiple very helpful recommendations. Now we know what exactly should be done in the house and outside in order to eliminate negative issues found by Jeff who is an expert in all aspects, related to different systems of house. Jeff and Connie are very kind and intelligent people. It was a real pleasure to spend several hours with them at our house. This appointment was life-changing for us. "Frances is pleasant to talk with and was punctual and responsive. My problem was that he's probably too busy. When I received his invoice, he charged me for the recessed lights that *I* had already purchased and then I had to prove myself by showing him the receipt. He charged me 2x the Home Depot price for Romex (which I had 100 feet of in my garage, ready to go). He put in dimmer switches that didn't match the coloring of my house project (old switches were almond, new switches should have been white) and then indicated he thought I wanted almond color since those were in other places (so were the white!). He should have asked what color I wanted, but didn't and then didn't offer to replace them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I'd not hire him again."
