Our water heater busted and 5 days without hot water as a paramedic during covid, was difficult. We also have a young child. We were getting desperate. Robert was prompt in response he got back to me so quickly. He was at my house within an hour after we spoke and we had hot water 3 hours later! His price was affordable for us as money is very tight. He even texted me, knowing I had to manage all this while on shift, with a picture of the finished product. I can not say Thankyou enough for being able to come home the next morning to a hot shower and functioning washing machine. "Adequate. Windows don?t appear very high quality but are ok as a basic, lower middle market option. Wrapping placed around seams is thin and cheap material. Need to hire handyman to finish inside of windows with trim because it?s all exposed. In other words it?s not a complete job. One window they measured wrong so installers couldn?t complete job and I have a few more months of waiting to be done. Customer service is ok but I?ve had to call them regularly to move the project along. Not a lot of initiative on their part and I don?t feel cared for as a customer."
