"Omar and his team were absolutely amazing! They were 100% knowledgeable about our chimneys and woodstoves.They were able to fix every issue they found (one of which, an old, crumbling terra cotta flue lining, presented two serious safety issues of house fire and carbon monoxide poisoning). They also solved a chronic issue with one of our woodstoves. They had all needed supplies with them and did not leave our home until everything was safe and working properly. We truly appreciated their professionalism, sense of responsibility, and how much they cared about our safety. We plan to have them come for all future chimney and woodstove servuce. "I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

Bragged about how sourced his stone locally and also told me that the stone was included in the quote. Gary said he was 3 weeks out. I agreed to everything. Said he would get me samples the following. Did not hear from him the following week. Called him. He seemed aggravated that I was calling him after he did not respond to my text or phone calls. Said he would call me the next day to tell me when he would show up to do job. Never called and did no hear from him again. Strung me along for a month and then ghosted me. Very unprofessional, rude and would not use him if he was the last mason on earth."

"He started great, but went down hill. 5 months to install a new heating system after being told it was 5-6 weeks.I was told he had no idea when he could finish because he started a 92 unit condominium project. On another project they installed an HVAC system with no control board. Lied to continuously about dates. We paid in advance for the work and found out afterward that he fired half the staff (I now know why.) Rather than be upfront about the issues he was facing we told lies. Very frustrating and found Devin to talk like an excon. Say one thing and do another with a very straight face."
