Great Northern Cleaning

I had called them for a free in-person estimate. They were prompt in responding to that request. I've also gone ahead and scheduled the cleaning. We just were not sure about whether to get the carpet cleaned or not and they were not sure about the estimate either as they give that out to someone else. There was a little back and forth with the calls regarding the carpet cleaning. However, when I called to confirm the cleaning, their response was outright rude and unprofessional. The gentleman on the other side had said that they don't want to clean our house anymore and hung up the phone. I called back to know what went wrong, but they never cared to answer. Sorry to say but there are many other 5 star providers that are out there who are more professional even if we don't give them any business. Glad this happened before we confirmed which showed the true nature of this company. WILL NEVER CALL OR HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

The service was really awesome in the beginning and then started to slip. For example after 1 cleaning none of the beds were made and I had to make all the beds before guests arrived. On our last service we had to refund money to our guests because the Master Bedroom wasn't made and they had to try and make the bed themselves. The client manager Josh seems to care less and less about customer satisfaction and trying to rectify the service. Needless to say we are looking elsewhere.

Window cleaner and house crew showed up on time. Within an hour, we were left with 2 people, one for windows and one cleaner for the entire house (3500 Sq ft). Window cleaner was excellent. Leaving one person to clean the rest of the house was unfair. One person was not able to clean as specified by owner during estimate. We attempted to discuss with owner failed to return call. No follow up by the company to see how the cleaning went. Overall terrible service, money not well spent

I refer him to everybody. They are great. They are local guys. We kind of know them. They are neighboring business and they have used our storage services business. It is a shared like business. I refer them and they refer me.

The in home estimate was very informative. We knew exactly what to expect on the day the cleaning was to be performed. The window cleaners arrived promptly at 8 am. Paul and his helpers came in and introduced themselves and ask for a tour of the house. After a 10 minute walk thru, these guys were fast and efficient. They cleaned the inside windows first so as to be out of the way of the housekeepers who were to arrive at 10:30. At 10:20 I received a call from Sadie, she told me they had run a little behind at the last house and would arrive promptly at 10:50. I found this to be very thoughtful. Once sadie and her crew arrived, I gave them a tour of the house and the 4 girls on Sadies team all took off in different directions. These teams do not stand around, they get right to work which really impressed me. Paul and his crew finished up around 11:15. While his guys loaded equipment back into the truck. Paul walked room to room with me to make sure I was totally happy, which I was. At 2 PM the carpet cleaning van pulled into the driveway. Jake and Petar came in and introduced themselves. They conferred with Sadie to see where her team had finished so that they could start. They went right to work. Sadies team was wrapping things up with the house keeping at around 3. Once again she walked room to room with me to see if I had any concerns, of which there were none. Jake and Petar finished the carpet cleaning at around 4:30. Once again he offered to walk room to room with me, but I politely decline. With the work performed by Paul and Sadies teams, I had complete confidence that I would be happy with Jakes carpet cleaning. I am so impressed with the work performed by the employees of Great Northern Cleaning. I highly recommend Great Northern Cleaning.

They were wonderful! Were timely, professional, and very thorough. The two guys that came were just so great and went over and beyond!!!!! The price was what was quoted, they showed up when scheduled and it took the amount of time that they estimated. I would highly recommend this company for Windows, carpet cleaning, power washing, etc. They were great!

First of all the response was immediate. They scheduled the cleaning for the next day, I lucked out because they had a cancellation. They were to be here around 11:00 am, and showed up when they said. Two guys came - Paul & Scott. What nice young men!!!! They could not do enough. They first had me walk them through the house and they scoped out all the work. They then went to work immediately working quickly and efficiently. 
When they were done, I had to check to make sure the glass was still in the windows -- That's how clean they were. Paul found a hornet's nest under one window and came to ask me if I had stuff to kill it, I did, and he took care of that for me.
I just can not say enough about this company - the response, the cost was EXTREMELY reasonable, and the guys were all fantastic.
They are coming back in a few weeks to power wash the house. I will definitely have this company again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!
