"Rider Home Improvement did a great job with our cabin portico project. We wanted to cover our front entry steps with a small exterior addition to protect the steps and keep the entry free of snow and rain. The cabin is rustic, so we wanted rough sawn cedar and stone bases to keep the look of our log cabin. Craig Rider was extremely good about being pro-active, following up promptly, and showing up when he said he would. We had a few sub-contractor and weather issues that impacted our schedule, but Craig kept us on his radar and made our small project a priority. We had a few concerns about material quantities, measuring, and overall design aesthetics, but with continuous in-person conversations, we achieved what we set out to achieve. Craig’s pricing was fair and transparent. We enjoyed working with both Craig and his son, David, and are very pleased with the final project."

"Kirk Roberts and his helper Paul did excellent work and went above and beyond to complete the bathrooms when I added extra things. I wanted a deep soaking tub and he tried contacted numerous companies and found just what I wanted. Although he was hired to remodel the bathrooms when I asked if he could do something to stop the rain and snow from landing on my front step and turning to ice in the winter he accommodated my wishes. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a contractor. In addition to their great work ethic (always on time in the morning and stayed to finish a project rather than leave at a certain time) they were always friendly and just very nice people. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I can’t say enough good things about them and have no complaints."

We put in our new pool last November for a deeply meaningful reason for our family and I ended up talking with the CEO and shared with him the reason. He was so awesome and wrote me such a sincere, kind, and genuine note. "I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
