They came to install pool timer but I needed an outdoor box. So I got a box and called them back. They sent a very nice young man Marcus. Although Marcus was nice, he was not a senior electrician. An apprentice of new electrician tops. It took him over a half an hour to figure out how to put the timer in the outdoor box. When I saw he was having difficulty, I call Intermatic and they helped guide him. It took about 2 seconds to snap in. He finished installing my timer and asked how I wanted it set. I told him that since I'd just installed new SWCG's for my pool that I wanted it continuously running for awhile. So he put the start and stop next to each other, saying it'd stop but start back within 1/2 an hour. Because I'd bought the Angie's DEAL, I had two hours. I asked him to install my remote for the pool cover. He didn't know much about it and called Linn, the owner and apparently the only senior electrician in the company. We described to Linn what was happening and Linn told us we had the wrong responder. So I said I'd buy another one and hire them to come out Friday to install. I bought a new remove and a open/close controller and they came back out Friday. I also showed him an outlet that is on the side of my house that I wanted replaced with a GFCI. He said he'd bring a GFCI but I told him I had one. We agreed they'd come back Friday to do the remote controller and the GFCI. Marcus came back on Friday with a helper. I realize now they did not know how to install, even though I gave them the instructions. I paid $99.00 for the controller to be installed. They could not install the GFCI because they did not have a recessed outdoor electrical box. I asked them why didn't they bring one and Marcus said he thought I had it. I told him no, I only said I had a GFCI. As far as the remote switch: the responder is supposed to be installed BEHIND the manual switch. I found this out because today, Thursday, 6 days after the install, the pool cover won't open. I called the manufacturer to complain and they asked me about the installation. The electricians took off the manual switch completely! They're not supposed to do that! I have no way to open my cover now. I called Current Electric. Linn is gone for the day (I called at 10 am) and everyone else is at Nashville on a BIG JOB. I took off the controller and the yellow and purple wires that are supposed to go to the switch go no where. There is NO WAY for me to open the pool cover because these guys took the manual switch completely off. What do you do if you lose the remote, or it malfunctions? You do what I am doing now: crawling around on my hands and knees trying to fix it. In the meantime, I discovered Marcus set the timer up so my pool was off for 23.5 hours and on for only 0.5. Took me a couple of days to realize the mistake. I had to fix that myself too. I was so frustrated. Nothing I hired these guys for turned out right. I called back and told Becky that I wanted someone to call me today and I needed someone to be here in the morning. She kept talking about the big job in Nashville. I told her I had a big job that I already paid for and could someone get back to me because we can't swim! She hung up on me. I called back and Angela answered. She said Becky did not hang up because they'd been having trouble with their phones all day. Yeah right. Be prepared for APPRENTICES to do your work if you hire this company. Also, the second guy that came with Marcus left my gate wide open. I have a red standard poodle and a 12 WEEK OLD LABRADOR PUPPY. I noticed the gate was wide open. My dogs could've gotten out and lost! I was furious and told the guy that if he did that again, he would not come back on my property. I live on a busy street. UPDATE: The company made things right. They sent me Steve, a seasoned professional. I'm happy now with the company & think they'll do a good job or correct any errors."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/al/laceys-spring/tidmore-inc-reviews-4778143.htm"},"position":6},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"HAYDEE'S PEST-FREE MANAGEMENT","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"NH","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Mary C."},"reviewBody":"Inspectors were professional, on time in their window and knew what they were looking for. I have been an avid bird feeder in the winter but realize that the mice are here for the great food all winter...so no more feeding the birds....I will miss them over the depressing winter. The second visit also found a wooden board with ants, which was treated and I disgarded. Since I didn't see any treatment of the mice in the attic and they were continuing to make a lot of noise at night (it was what initiated the search for treatment in the first place), I had my nephew go up into the attic with a large number of mice bait packets. He reported 2 dead mice in the attic, so there must have been some treatment by one of the inspectors, though I didn't see the second one go into the attic at all. Anyway, the sound from the mice partying in the attic is now much reduced, but not completely gone. I will be anxious to see what all the monitors show in October/November. Service Contract is valid for 1 year and continues beyond the year unless cancelled in writing. Cost for initial inspection/first visit is $205. (I had a $35 coupon), with the quarterly fee of $105. This is the main reason my wife and I hired him to be GC. I am an IT project manager so attention to detail, professionalism, proper planning, contingency planning, dealing with issues, etc are important to me. Peter exhibited those qualities during his pitch. I do recall him being adamant about not having any surprises and the scope document will be so detailed so as not to allow these surprises to occur. Nothing came up during my background check. Disclaimer - I am probably the worst customer to have because I am a stickler for detail, a perfectionist, a woodworker so I have certain expectations about materials, craftsmanship, etc. I started my IT career in customer service so I have high expectations. I try to be fair but I will be crtical. Bottom line is I expect the best, especially when I am paying a lot of money for someone to do something for me.
I am not going list every little thing that came up because things happen and I understand that. What prompted me to give his company a C is mainly due to communication issues between me and Peter and Peter and his subs. The remainder of the grade came from big lapses in workmanship and professionalism. The end result is what brought it up to a C. The work was nicely done, except where noted. Communication issues:
I noticed Peter had a difficult time with changes that were made. Grated, many changes were made to the entire scope, with new scope revisions. Given my background as a project manager I have a system for dealing with changes. I did not get the sense Peter had a system. He forgot things we discussed or the emails we sent each other got confusing as to which one superseded the other. I figured a GC would have a better handle on stuff like this but maybe my expectations were unrealistic.
first sub on site was the plumber. The toilets I ordered, which did change but was solidified before work began was never made known to the plumber so he had the wrong ones in stock. No big deal as it did not slow the project down. They did eat the cost of the water supply work (toilets forced supply line to be moved).
The biggest pain point with the tiling job was the niches. I wanted one in each bathroom. It was noted on the scope doc but somehow the tiler was not made aware of my intentions. In one bathroom I happened to get home a bit early and the tiler was not even planning for a niche. If I had not shown up when I did the wall would have ben tiled. I thought I was clear about how important it was to not show up before a certain time on some days, as my wife can?t be interrupted. Twice a sub showed up before she was expecting anyone. Respect for personal property: · Subs of the tiler dumped thinset and what I believe to be mud for the shower base on my property. When asked to find out why it was not responsibly disposed of the response was, ?I thought I was far enough in.? · Subs dumped trash on my bike rack - by itself not a big deal overall but indicative of regard of one's personal property exhibited by team and is compounded by prior actions · Big chunk of a bathroom door was missing. However, Peter did credit some money for that. Workmanship: · Repeated attempts were made to have the foreman complete a punch list of items at the end of the job but for some reason he kept missing several. I told Peter I would do it and he credited the job for the work. One of the items that I felt was egregious was not sanding the drywall patch flush with the wall. It was behind the toilets so I took them out and finished sanding and painting in about 1 hour for each. In the big grand scheme of things these are not the types of issues that need someone to come out to do rework or are violation codes. As I mentioned above I am a perfectionist and maybe this is unfair. I have never had a GC do work for me before so is this to be expected. I surely hope not. Individually the subs did good work. I especially like the plumber (Jason Thomas). He was professional, explained everything, quality of work was great and came back out to fix a minor issue a bout a month after the job was done. Ron Armano was the tiler and his subs did good tiling work. The one who dumped stuff on my property was off the job after that happened. The issue with the tiler was not quality of the work but communication. I am not sure where fault lies but since Peter was in control I would have expected him to make sure everything was going as planned. GCs may get too much of the blame but they get the credit too when all goes well. Cabinets, vanity tops and shower door were handled by other companies with no issue.

FAQs for bird control service projects in Newington, NH
Different pest control methods exist to help mitigate an infestation. Not every technique will work with every pest, which is why speaking with a pest control expert is crucial to taming your problem. Different methods of pest removal include:
The cost of pest control is $175 for the average homeowner. However, you could spend as little as $100 or as much as $500 or more, depending on the infestation size, the number of visits you need, and the pest you’re exterminating.
For example, if you need to rid your home of spiders, you’ll likely be spending between $100 and $300. However, if you have a termite problem, you can expect a bill of $230 to $2,500 or more, depending on the infestation size and damage caused.
Animal removal specialists specialize in removing critters and wildlife from in and around your home. These include:
Bats
Birds
Groundhogs
Moles and voles
Opossums
Mice and rats
Raccoons
Skunks
Squirrels
The specialist's method to remove these critters will depend on the animal. For example, groundhogs will be live-trapped and relocated, whereas, for birds, the expert will remove and discard the inactive nest and sanitize the area.
Professional animal removal costs between $200 and $600 for average homeowners. However, depending on the type and number of critters removed, this cost could range from $85 to $1,400.
This cost does not include the cost of home damage caused by the animal, which could be as low as $300 for minor drywall repair or as much as $15,000 for crawl space cleaning and restoration.
Even if you’re not immediately showing signs of pests, it’s a good idea to get into the habit of routine pest control. This should be done yearly, quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly, depending on your location and if any signs of infestation are already present. For example, if you live by water, you might experience more pests in the spring and summer than someone who lives in a dry climate. Discuss treatment options with your pest professional to determine a suitable schedule for you and your home.
