Jeff came within 24 hours and was able to set a plan and traps same day. Very knowledgeable and provided both a short term fix for the immediate problem and a long term plan to prevent return “guests”… Would recommend to friends and family.

Billy, the business owner, did a great job of humanely removing the "critters" from our attic.  He analyzed what needed to be done and followed up with us when he said he would.  He showed up on time, and really went above and beyond to complete the job in a professional manner.  There were no unexpected surprises.  He's a delight to deal with--a very friendly, happy person.  You can tell that from the moment you first speak with him on the phone.
