However, I do see that you have only had one treatment. Each treatment will have a residual effect on the next one and control will improve over the course of the season. I didn?t really talk to them. The man who was going to do the work and one of the supervisors came and introduced themselves. After that, they just called on the phone. They do a lot of their business over the internet too. They let me know when they are going to come out a couple of days in advance. They call afterwards to check up. I don?t have a lot of personal exchanges with the guys that do it because sometimes they come early in the morning. They put a full computerized report in your door. It tells you what they did and what the fertilizer is composed of. They tell you how long to keep your pets off the lawn, and when you should water it etc...
After a couple of days, you then get something over the internet that explains in more detail what they did. They are very detailed and very nice to work with. I did tell them I was not going to use them again next year. I have difficulty walking and couldn?t water it after the 24 hours that they tell you to. As a result, it didn?t get watered in time, so the grass got killed. It was not their fault about the lawn. I would use them again if I had somebody to help with the watering.

When I signed up, they basically gave me the top of the line program, which I didn?t expect. So, I had the mosquito treatments. The aeration, core aeration and the over seeding, those were an additional amount of money. That was like a sick shock to me. They are a good company.
Sometimes these companies are a little too big for their britches, because they don?t give you all the specific information, and that?s one thing that I didn?t like about them.
I think that there were a couple more treatments in the fall that I ended up having to pay probably another couple hundred dollars for all together. We are talking $700 for the service and then these additional little things. If you have the money, they are a good company, they really are. I was really happy, especially with the summer being what we had last year. They had 2 different types of programs. They had one that was even more expensive that was like strictly organic.
I was happy. I just would have liked to known up front. These guys took a little longer to come out. They would always give me an email or a heads-up call. I probably would not use them again, because of the cost. I tried working with them and we tried to reduce certain things and it just wasn?t going to work out with their program. It wasn?t really easy to modify this plan that I wanted. I went with somebody totally different this year.
