"Cody and company worked for us in the fall of 2019 getting the exterior of our new (but very old) house in shape before winter. Cody was extremely thorough in preparing the house for painting, and in repairing both, some damaged siding we were aware of, and other areas of rot that were more extensive then we knew. There was a lot to finish as the colder weather set in, but it was clear that Cody wanted to do things the right way without cutting corners. We selected a bolder variation on the previous color scheme, and the finished project looks fantastic. Cody was respectful, easy to communicate with, and fair and transparent in his pricing. You won’t need to repaint or restain this type of siding every several years like you would with wood, so ongoing costs and upkeep will be minimal. Although it’s relatively low maintenance, you should still wash your vinyl log siding twice per year. Doing so will increase its longevity, remove any mold, and retain your home’s curb appeal.

The most significant benefit to mixing siding styles is the visual appeal and intrigue you can create. Multiple colors or textures will make your home stand out, boosting curb appeal and home value. Mixing siding styles also lets you take advantage of the high resale value of stone without having to pay the high cost of covering your entire home with it.
