"I hired Cody for so many projects! He painted my roof, the outside of my house, detailed work inside. He re-glazed my windows, sanded and painted my ceilings, repainted my radiators, and more. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Alan is a trustworthy guy who wants to make his customers happy.  For big jobs, he works with a friend, and both of them together can do essentially anything (including basic electrical and basic plumbing).  We first hired him to remodel our bathroom.  It included tearing a wall down and expanding it so a bath could fit in the room.  They also had to tear down a 150 year old brick chimney in the process.  They installed a new vanity, built a shelving unit into the wall and put in the lighting.  The finished product was good.  The room was not square, but the house is built in 1836, so I don't know if anyone could have done that.  
Next, we had him install a railing on our stairs.  This came out great no complaints.  
He then installed a bedroom with laminate flooring and also the stair landing.  This job was not as clean, some of the floor trim was not edged and the lines of the wood running from the bedroom to the stair landing were not flush.  These negatives though were a result of a positive - that is, for this job, he worked from dusk until sun up because he had other jobs/commitments later in the week.  He is an extremely hard worker.  For this job we traded the finishing touches for timely completion - and overall the finished product was still good.  
The last major job was the sheetrocking in between our beams downstairs. 
In most jobs, there was a little clean up I had to do - pieces of wood from the carpentry of the bathroom left in a crawlspace, horsehair plaster or sheetrock left crumbled on the floor.  They forgot to include thresholds in the bathroom and bedroom jobs as well.  HOWEVER,  whenever I spoke with Alan about any of this, anything I had not already done, he came over promptly and fixed/completed/cleaned it.  He was reachable and kind and we trusted him.  He said a few times that he wanted to make sure we were happy.  
We called him on two or three separate occasions because he is a hard worker, he is trustworthy and his price is reasonable.  We would call him again for sure.

"I contacted Cully because of his ratings on Angie's List as it is very hard to find a reliable contractor in this small town where we own apartments.
Cully immediately got back to me - we discussed what work needed to be done and he had a very professional proposal emailed to me within 24 hours.  The price was right on target for work performed and we are very satisfied with his work.   Initially, we agreed for him to sheet-rock 2 ceilings but found that he was so knowledgable and handy so we also had him put up paneling.
We did not have him paint the interior as we did that ourselves (he did paint the ceilings when completed).  Come spring time, I will hire him again to do some exterior painting.  He is my first "go-to" now when we need repairs, painting, or sheet-rocking done.  He cleaned up each time he finished working, making it look better than it had before he started.  
Cully was always on time and in communication with me either by phone or email so I knew where the project stood at all times.  He even suggested an electrician and was there to let him in and explain what we wanted done when we had to upgrade our smoke detectors.
I would highly recommend Cully, he went above and beyond what was asked of him.

Having cancer at the time I couldn't do the repair myself so a friend highly recommended them, so I called and they actually came out the same day and repaired my roof. This was my 1st time dealing with them and was extremely impressed for such a small job.
