Chad cut out the entire sill corner and replaced it with new wood, double 2 x 6's. He also packed the foundation-sill junction with concrete (or possibly mortar). Total job took a day and a half, which was reasonable. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion. Overall the job went well....

Then, trying to find someone who does everything we wanted: granite steps, faux stone facing and sides, white railings, and the ability to tear up and lower my walkway then redo it to make the first step 7” was an even bigger challenge. He was kind, communicated the next steps with us well, and the quality was fantastic.
