"I initially called having air in my flushing/raucets. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and it was determined it was due to my older water filtration system. He gave me different options and we both agreed on one as the best option. I have dealt with contractors many many times, but I cannot begin to explain the wonderful service and work completion. He even did a water test which determined one problem, but after the new filtration system, the problem had been corrected via a second water test. I cannot comment enough words to compliment how well this project was completed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"Tech was able to tell me what the error code meant but did not want me to order part until testing with volt meter. Diag appointment with volt meter did not cost extra. Tech gave me part numbers and it fixed the problem."

"So far, so good. The finished project looks great; it really hasn't been tested yet as there has been little or no rain. Groundwater used to flow through the cellar after heavy rains so we'll see it the subsurface floor drain works. The floor looks good, the price was right (lowest of three bids) and Beth was very helpful and available to answer all my questions. At the moment, I'm very happy."
