He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. Having such clarity regarding costs before any work begins is not something I've seen in this industry prior to this experience. It was certainly a welcome change. We now have plans for a home addition and complete control over the project. We decide the scope and can customize the plan to our budget. "We started out looking for an architect/designer, and met the owner of Tseranos Construction, Sterg, in the process. He referred us to a design architect, which we used, and we ended up then hiring Tseranos Construction as our general contractor. Sterg was really great to work with. He found ways to keep costs down while doing everything that we wanted to have done. In the end, the garage construction project took about 5 months, but we are thrilled with the results. Would hire Sterg again for future projects."

Paul, Jose and the crew evaluated the situation and on a hot ? miserable day constructed a solid, sound wheelchair ramp within one day, a long day for the crew no doubt! The ramp is constructed so that the house will certainly fall apart before the ramp! The finished handrail was an added feature that Paul installed which made the finished project look very nice!
