They were originally supposed to be here this Wednesday and or Friday, but they got behind schedule due to the rain, which we understand. The foreman communicated this to me via several phone calls, and rescheduled to Monday or Tuesday, which was much appreciated. That said, they pleasantly surprised us as they bumped their schedule to accommodate us and did the job this past Saturday, July 16th. We were thrilled! Grass365 was not the cheapest, Turf was great quality They had incredible reviews and lots of experience. As the old saying says, you pay for what you get and I was not taking any chances. "Eric was right on point and identified the solution and scope of work very promptly. He is a very good communicator via text and in person. I thought his pricing was very fair. He worked to install gutter on my roof, drainage piping, and a trench drain on the side of my driveway to mitigate erosion. He rototilled, fertilized, and installed sod on my formerly eroded front lawn. The work came out fantastic and my neighbors keep complementing me on how nice my house looks now."

"We interviewed 3 contractors. The quotes were close, but we felt more confident with Shawn's vision. We had a very large area to excavate and landscape. We had many trees removed and close to some wetland area which could not be disturbed. Shawn had a vision and we let him run with it. Timing wise he finished up just prior to the start of many long periods of rain. It was a very big project, and he mostly worked alone. He brought in some help for top soil raking and prep for the hydro seed. Shawn is a good guy. Very pleased with his work and glad he's out there doing the this work. We love the yard, it came out great."
