While jimmy seems to do good work it?s getting him to show up when he says he would. This issue being he says he?s coming and then doesn?t. His delays cost me thousands. So if you have deadlines choose someone else.

We used this contractor in spring 2024 for wiring a line for an electric range. He responded quickly to my request for a bid, showed up on time, completed the job as planned and charged as agreed. James recommended some other upgrades to our electric system and provided an estimate. We decided to move forward in mid Sept, 2024. James came over promptly, reinspected the job and we paid 50% deposit $2250. We then waited and made multiple attempts to reach James by phone, text, email, voicemail, but got no response or acknowledgement, which was frustrating. We finally connected, got the power company scheduled for turning off the electricity. James showed up on time and finished the work as he proposed. James was very busy; we had to wait on the power company and inspectors. I wish he had just acknowledged my calls. We were very satisfied with James's work, his bids and promptness, just frustrated when I couldn't make contact.

Jimmy is my hero; he fixed the outlet that provides electricity to my fridge in ten minutes and my fridge is working again.

James from Precise Electric was the perfect choice for my small job - two light fixtures removed in the kitchen and dining room and replaced with new fixtures plus medallions. He showed up the morning of the last big storm here, let me know he would he a little late due to that, and when he arrived had me tell him what I wanted, show him the fixtures and medallions, then brought his ladder, tools, drop cloth in, put his booties on over his work boots and got to work. Two hours to remove two fixtures, place the medallions - ended up installing three of those so the the kitchen lights would match - and taking a look at the hall lights I’m going to have him to replace next. Even took the box one fixture came in to dispose of! Polite, informative, careful with my belongings, has all his tools and knows what he’s doing with them. I am so happy with how the lighting looks in those two rooms now. His rates are competitive and he’s a great guy.

He arrived promptly when he stated, and we went over the project site together and agreed on a plan and price. He assessed and replaced a bunch of shot ~50s wiring, installed a new wall sconce with switch along with a new outlet in a few hours. He also fixed a wonky 3-way switch in another room, that I asked him to take a look at the morning of the project. The final product is exactly what I wanted and immaculately done. James is courteous, clean and quick! All the work was completed well before lunch and his price was more than fair. Give him a call!

James called us before we even got a chance to call him, and said he could come the same day. Less than an hour later he arrived at our house to upgrade the power outlet for a new stove. While here we told him about other projects that needed to be done and he took care of them all. These included rewiring a light in the utility room, repairing several outdoor lamps, and repairing several outlets. He was here five hours and his rates were very reasonable. He is pleasant and eager to do the work. We will use him again in the future.
