They installed composite decking and railing to an existing deck substructure (footings, frame struts, etc.) that required reinforcement to stabilize the deck. We also requested solar post lighting, which really enhances the nighttime looks of our new deck. They clean up after each day of work and offered valuable information to help us decide what was needed to have the deck that we wanted while staying within our budget. "Jonathan King (LTD) provided a great experience for me! As a condo owner, i replaced 450 sq feet of rugs with red oak flooring, and 2 sets of stairs. Jonathan was up front in setting expectations, for timing, my responsibilities. I enjoyed being part of the process, picking out flooring and paint for the trim, he also assisted in replacing some closet doors. He had to deal with the quirks of my Kessler Farm Condo in building the stairs but overcame all obstacles. As a carpenter, he came fully equipped to make changes on the fly, he removed all the materials, rugs, matting and any construction residue. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality work, with a great small business."
