I was impressed by Bob's very thorough assessment of my house and grounds for not just evidence of activity, but even the possibility of rodent access, from the attic to underneath the sunroom addition. He took the time to listen to what I'd been witnessing and shared his knowledge and experience. He gave me a bid which he honored when I hired him. Bob was available within a couple of days, which was important to me. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently and effectively, patiently and professionally explaining as he went. On a freezing day, he took the necessary time to block all access points around and under the house before tackling the inside. "Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."

My service is very wide ranged. I have many clients that just have me do virtually everything from here fall and spring clean up to taking care of there pool aan anything that might come about. Such as a roof jog or a garage they want built. Generally it is only me doing the work but from time to time I might have a helper. I tend to work time and materials but will give bids on jobs. Tends to work out to be a higher number. It's hard to forsee every possibilty in the job. I tend to bill on a weekly basis but if discussed, i will do sooner or when job is complete.
