"They are fantastic. I've had them at my home at least 4 or 5 times after using another big name company that I would never recommend. It is a family owned business. He personally comes to the house and explains what he is going to do and what he is going to put down. He goes through the individual steps. It is amazing. They put the little styrofoam blocks underneath the furniture to keep it from staining the carpet if there is any water or metal. They are very careful about everything. They are very good about telling me to take anything valuable out of the room. They also tell me to remove pets or any creatures that might bite them from the area. They are wonderful."

A floor polisher won’t remove scratches from a wood floor, but the polish can fill in surface scratches and make them all but invisible. If you run your fingernail gently over the scratch and it doesn’t catch, chances are that the polish will hide it. You can use dish soap mixed with warm water to clean just about any type of flooring, and while vinegar is a great addition to some floor cleaners, it’s not a good idea to use it on wood flooring or engineered wood flooring.
