The team that completed the work was amazing in what they accomplished and their very professional demeanor. We also purchased a dehumidifier system from Northern Basements. One year later all systems have worked very well. The basement is dry and we have had no other issues.

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"Woke up to no heat. Called Alan at 7:00 am. He came by with some electric heat at 8:00am to hold us over to when he could come back after he finished another no heat call at other property. He was back at 10:00 am to start on our problem. We had a clogged nozzle. He changed that and the filter on the oil tank and we had heat by 11:00 am. Alan left area very clean and no left behind trash. Total cost $91.00"
