We met with sales rep Jose Luna, who conducted a thorough inspection and found the leak easily. His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional. The meeting included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. We will absolutely be calling Vaillancourt in a few years when our roof needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!"

I know that's not the case for most, but I was amazed by that. His crew showed up promptly at 7am on a Saturday and we efficient, polite and extremely hard working. They laid down huge tarps everywhere to catch the debris and were meticulous at keeping nails, old shingles and rotted wood off my lawn and in the dumpster JA Jubb had delivered the day before. The owner, Rick, was extremely thoughtful and open with me when there were unexpected repairs needed and a lot more plywood than he estimated. But you can't know that until you remove the 30 year old shingles. He warned me about that up front, too.
