"From start to finish, Steve was a dream to work with. First, he educated us on the different kinds of films to put on our new windows. He left us with three different patches of film on our window for a week so we can make a decision based on what kind of light and how it looks with different weather patterns. "They came 30 minutes late, and did not call. That had put a bad taste in my mouth. But when they got here, they were so sweet and we got along great from right off the bat! "A crew showed up at 9:00 AM the morning of, and by 3:00 PM they had replaced 11 double-hung windows on the house, cleaned up inside, and removed all the old windows. Inside and outside will require some minor follow-up clean-up, sanding and painting of pre-existing wood that was exposed in the process, but that was not part of the contracted work."
