Michele put me at ease from the very first meeting where she provided her estimate. I was terrified of being judged but she was both consummately professional and warmly understanding. Life happens to all of us and it's easy to get behind on... everything. When her team came to clean today I was working from home and it was like walking onto the set of a Disney film. Hair and dust and dirt were all whisked into the trash and every single surface was left SPARKLING. I don't think the house has ever been this clean and I plan to savor it."
