The roof was installed in two days . The crew did an excellent job; very efficient and neat. We noticed when I gave him the last payment that one shingle had a chad sticking out. Shane said he would come back... never did. Re-roofed entire house, his estimate was the only one we received on time which we had needed desperately in the process of closing on house. Showed up and got the job done day of, his crew worked effectively till late at night to get the job done within the same day. Nails in the lawn all around the house. I bought a nail sweeper magnet and I still find them everytime is use it. There are exposed nail heads on the roof. Some completely exposed some partially. Really? I have to find and seal them all? They were supposed to cover the eave with membrane but didn't. I told them I have ice dams in the winter and I wanted to prevent them and prevent water intrusion if I do get them.

Tear off and re-shingle roof. |Best contractors ever - would never have known they were there if not for the dumpster in the yard. Did not find a single nail or piece of debris. |Roof was done, on-time, on-budget and looks perfect.
