"These guys were absolutely FANTASTIC. They were professional, personable and very thorough. The whole team was communicative and engaged from the start of making the appointment to the end and follow-up. As a new home buyer I was sad to find out that the previous home owners had not been diligent in upkeep of the main flue, McBrian’s Flue & Fire went above and beyond to physically show me the issue, have a resolution and on top of it all gave us a great price break to get it done. They stayed extra time afterwards to walk me through using both our wood burning stove and our pellet burning stove and tested both appliances to ensure they were in working condition. They cleaned up, were efficient and I will 100% recommend their service. Especially after finding out the other business in town couldn’t come assess the new home for over 9 weeks… McBriens came out within 4 days of me reaching out!! I plan to hire them again for our other residence in the spring! "

I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. Bragged about how sourced his stone locally and also told me that the stone was included in the quote. Gary said he was 3 weeks out. I agreed to everything. Said he would get me samples the following. Did not hear from him the following week. Called him. He seemed aggravated that I was calling him after he did not respond to my text or phone calls. Said he would call me the next day to tell me when he would show up to do job. Never called and did no hear from him again. Strung me along for a month and then ghosted me. Very unprofessional, rude and would not use him if he was the last mason on earth."
