After a close diagnosis Mr. Hubble determined that there were thermostat disks located within each unit and they weren't synchronized with each other or the thermostat on the wall. After all was said and done, Mr. Hubble suggested that new heating elements weren't necessary; that this action would take care of the problem. He could have suggested total replacements and charge for labor and parts....but he didn't. This husband and wife team, with their high business ethics, will always be the first call made when we need plumbing and heating work performed in our home.

Answered my call in person. Listened to the problem. Worked to make room in the schedule and was here when stated. Fixed the issues I had with no water flow to any part of the house and made sure each line was flushed and the filters cleaned of rust. Have instructions to empty the pressure tank once a week for now. Will work finding a more reliable / functional filter unit for me. 
Appreciated room was made for a "small" job that was very important to me.

I helped him.  We looked under the fireplace and found some obvious points of entry for outside drafts.  he suggested and then installed regular fiberglass insulation in these areas.  Then we went outside and he suggested we caulk and seal all exposed cracks that were not related to the air intake and gas venting.  We used expandable foam and spray-on rubber flexible sealer to complete this.  He then installed a blower that I had purchased online.  And within a couple of hours I was good to go.

Broken water pipe in a mobile home due to below zero weather.  Roy called back less than 1/2 hr after I left a message about my problem.  He showed up when he said he would be there, and did the work quickly and neatly.  Roy was very professional, and offered tips about other things that could be done to prevent the same issue from re-occurring.

I was so incredibly impressed and pleased. Came within an hour to thaw my pipes under a mobile home in record low temps, AND was incredibly reasonable with pricing. He will be my go-to guy for all future plumbing and heating needs. I have not had a plumber for years and have let things go because of several very bad experiences with another company... (can't say directly, but here's a hint: "Honey, DON'T call them!") Very very happy with the service AND value. :)

Fantastic service. One of the pipes from my well to the pump burst in my basement after a power outage. Roy responded really quickly to my call. I had tried fix this myself but stopped after I couldn't remove the pipe. It was hard for Roy to remove it as well, but he had the skill and the tools to get the job done right without flooding my basement (a really concern as a recent rain had filled my dug well above my basement pump). The price was fair, the service professional and I will definitely use B&H in the future for my plumbing needs.

We had a toilet that was VERY clogged. Called Roy, he came as soon as he finished the job he was on. He said he would be here by noon, he was a few minutes early.
Roy and his son spent an hour clearing my toilet plus he changed my oven light and advised me on a filter replacement for my A/C - Furnace.
