These two are excellent to deal with, explaining everything they would be doing and checking in before leaving. Within short order things had dried up where paving could begin. When things were dry, the JY crew paved everything in a day, paying attention to the little details to assure that we shouldn't deal with a drainage problem again. The driveway looks amazing. "I needed a landscaper because my lawn was a mess (more weeds and moss than grass, it seemed), and water was seeping into the basement because of improper gutter drainage and soil grading. Oh, and there was a critter, possibly the skunk that was seen in the area, burrowing underground where there was a gap near my patio – ugh! I hired M&L because the quote was reasonably priced, and Leo was responsive, understanding and cooperative as my landscaping project evolved. The job he ended up doing included building a trench for the gutter downflow, re-grading the entire lawn, creating flowerbeds, installing a fence, doing concrete work (to keep that critter out!), and paving a small section of the yard to hold trash and recycling bins. Leo and his team showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and with the greatest attitude – all of them were hard-working and easy to deal with. I will definitely hire M&L again for future landscaping jobs, and I highly recommend them to others. My lawn now looks nice and neat, can't wait for the new grass to grow. Thank you, Leo and crew!"

"A small, residential driveway project. Everything about this company/contractor is how a business should be run! Can't say enough about the estimator (Jonathan) who provided the quote and even checked in on the day of the project, the in office scheduler (Brittany) who was super nice, the Foreman (Eric) who has been with the company for 10 years, which says something, and the guys on the job (a neighbor even commented that they sounded like they were having fun!) who worked so quickly and efficiently. The Owner (Peter) was also present and took time to explain the care and maintenance of the asphalt.
