"I contacted Scott Harlow through Angi and I couldnâ t be more pleased with his work. Scott removed the old film on 15 of my sunroom windows and replaced it with new UV and heat retardant film. The windows look fantastic. Not only is Scottâ s work excellent, but he is also very pleasant, prompt and a true expert at his craft. I recommend him highly and without reservation."
"Nikiya came to my home to help me choose windows to replace old windows that are leaking cold air in winter. With the price of oil this year, it is worth the money to do this work. His presentation was very well done, with demonstrations that help me to choose the windows for our home. Nikiya was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his products, and I appreciate that."
"I recently hired Devin to reside my house and replace the front door, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Devin was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. He clearly takes pride in his work—the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. When replacing the front door, Devin discovered rot beneath the old frame. He took the time to properly address and repair all the issues around the door before installing the new one, and did an excellent job making sure everything was solid and well-sealed. The final result looks great and feels very secure. The new siding also came out fantastic and really improved the look of my home. Devin was flexible throughout the project and accommodating with any changes, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a contractor who does quality work and genuinely cares about the finished product, I highly recommend Devin."
"The four-man crew was very professional, and very clean and neat. They performed the work on a very timely basis and my new triple pane windows look great."

A common way to modernize arched windows is to install interior window treatments that allow light through the curved portion up to and let you cover the bottom portion for privacy. You can also install plantation shutters to make an arched window look more modern. From the exterior, arched windows can appear outdated if they’re coupled with ornate trim, so toning down the decor can make your window look more natural with a modern design.
Yes, you can use glass cleaner on outside windows, but only after you’ve rinsed away as much debris as possible. Using glass cleaner on top of a layer of dirt will only make it harder to clean.
To lower your home’s humidity level overnight, you can open your windows when the air is less damp. This tactic allows air to circulate around the window, preventing condensation from forming. However, you should consider the disadvantages of leaving your windows open overnight, including safety risks and pest intrusions.
A window can fall off a track for a large number of reasons. The most common ones usually involve an issue with the track itself or the wheels that glide along it. If the track is bent or broken, the wheels can’t slide. If the wheels are broken or are full of debris, they won’t spin, and you will have to force the window open. The good news is that most window track issues are easy fixes, even for beginner DIYers.
Yes, professional window cleaners will clean the surface of the glass on both the inside and the outside. They will usually clean the tracks for your windows, check and clean the weatherstripping, and even disassemble parts of your window, if necessary, to clean and lubricate interior components and moving parts.
