Cody was extremely thorough in preparing the house for painting, and in repairing both, some damaged siding we were aware of, and other areas of rot that were more extensive then we knew. There was a lot to finish as the colder weather set in, but it was clear that Cody wanted to do things the right way without cutting corners.
