15 I left a voicemail and had a call back from the owner within a couple of hours - her return message was very polite, but she informed me that they don't do snow removal in Salem NH, despite the fact that it's listed on the website. (Possibly that list was for landscaping only, not snow removal.)

"Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."
