"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

When it was ready, Jonathan came out within a few days and installed the frame, door and moldings in one day. He also replaced the alarm sensor, made sure proper flashing was installed and took the old door away. He answered all questions that we had. "Horrible cleaning service. This company was recommended to us, so we had them clean our rental house after our tenants moved out and left it full of filth. We were given a price of $1675.00 and we didn’t bat an eye - that’s how bad this place was. We didn’t care if it was going to be $3000.00, we wanted it done right. We had to call them back to vacuum the carpets, because apparently they don’t do that before they clean them. Everywhere the carpet met the wall there was black dirt, dust, crap. Some of the kitchen cabinets still had crusty filth on them, the bathrooms were barely touched- toilet and tub in one bathroom still had greasy grime and sludge on them. The light bars over both bathroom vanities were not cleaned at all, along with the vanity. The kitchen sink was basically wiped out with maybe a paper towel and water. I took a fine steel wool and dish soap to it and it came clean. My husband and I spent a whole day cleaning after this company. I would never recommend them."
