"The first inspector I called quoted $2000 to do a lead inspection I got disappointed When True North quoted $75, I thought I heard wrong I paid the invoice and they did the inspection on the weekend The service is fabulous and I highly recommend them for your inspection needs They went above and beyond what was required and gave additional advice on my rental property which I will incorporate into my remodel plan They provided old fashion service with an old fashion price Unbelievably good"

"I called this service to clean a portion of my bedroom carpet that had been soiled with make up. The person who answered the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. She set up an appointment with her husband, Alan Pidderman who arrived right on time to the minute. The first perfect score. He shampooed the rug in less than an hour at a very reasonable cost.
