Roland came in and quickly spotted the problem areas. He assured me that the could fix these problems immediately. He used a combination of rearranging existing batts, blown-in fiberglass and spray foam to seal the attic space, over the course of two visits. He had another man do the drywall needed for my bedroom, and he was great as well. The bedroom project was pretty straightforward as far as design goes. For the closets I had remodeled, I showed Todd some pictures from Pinterest that I liked as examples, and he did a fantastic job replicating the ideas into the space I had. Everything turned out exactly as I hoped, and I’d hire him again in the future. As far as estimates go, Todd was very fair, and was great about removing any costs that were less than anticipated.
