"Devine Lawns is the real deal. I was told by one of the largest home improvement stores that it would take three weeks to secure a delivery of topsoil. After two weeks they call to say that they would need more time and they would need to increase the previously quoted price because of COVID-19. Needless to say, I was frustrated.
