"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"Sean is an absolute gem in the contractor world honest, responsive, upfront about costs, knowledgeable about the industry and materials, and well-connected to skilled sub-contractors. He came highly recommended and because of his extensive experience we were immediately comfortable with him. We appreciated the information and transparency he provided in the budget and how he walked us through different material types, including pros and cons of various cabinets, flooring, lighting, etc. Sean also brainstormed creative ideas, such as helping us change a space of kitchen that was not utilized into a workspace with glass cabinets. He took on the challenging task of renovating the kitchen in our intergenerational home. During this renovation process, every step of the way he was incredibly patient in explaining the process and providing updates to all of us; this often meant additional visits or correspondence on his end, which he was happy to do so. Also during the renovation, he kept in touch daily with any changes as well as updates to the scheduling. He was responsive when we asked for modifications to the paint color or wanted an add-on during the process. All of his workers including Ronnie and Larry were not only highly skilled at their craft, but they were also diligent and respectful. We are extremely pleased with selecting Sean and will be using him for other projects ahead as well as recommending him to all of our friends and family!"

He also repaired some siding on the exterior of our home that was damaged in a recent storm. His work was exceptional and he was very efficient!
