"The heat pump was installed and it looked good but was whistling badly. The McGinley son left without any promise of a resolution. Stupidly, I gave him a check for the balance. Next day I called ACIQ customer service and they wanted the phone number of the installer. So I asked Bill M. for his son's phone number, which I'd never had. Very strange, he wouldn't provide the number right away and said maybe after the weekend. Anyway he never provided it. So I stopped payment on the check. When Mr. McGinley realized he wasn't getting paid, he came up to investigate himself. I meet him and we figured out the problem, which we fixed with a piece of tape. I then gave Bill another check for the balance which he later cashed. Subsequently, I asked for the invoice which I needed to submit a rebate application to NHSaves. For weeks I've heard excuses and still have not received an invoice. That is not acceptable for a company listed as an Angi Pro."

"Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. I interviewed a few people but Jeff stood out by asking all the right questions and making intelligent suggestions as we went over the project details. I could tell he understood I was interested in a quality job. We kept in contact between the initial free consultation and the date he had scheduled with us. He even did some requested investigation on paints before the job even started. When the time came to do the job he showed up and went to work. I noticed he was always thinking and asking questions when he identified something that he thought I might want him to do. The job was completed with very high quality work and cleanliness.
