"Utilizing All Service Moving for the move was a very positive experience. "Jimenez Service responded to my Angi request within an hour. I explained the work to the office administrator. They had availability to do my work the same afternoon. The handyman was very polite, asked good questions, was up front with costs, and performed the work I requested within the same afternoon. He even fixed the hot tub motor, which I had not been sure could be repaired. The charge was as quoted, I payed on the spot, and can now move on with other things. "I was pleased with the people who helped as they were punctual and accommodating. Whether it was missed by I myself or it wasn't clear enough on the listing, I didn't know until after I booked that I would be getting moving helpers and not a truck as well. I had to rent a UHAUL, which wasn't a huge deal, but it was an extra $35 nonetheless. The help was great; maybe the listing needs to be more clear. Or I need to read better. B+ to A- for this company. May consider recommending or using again."
