"We hired Kings Moving to move my daughter and son-in-law into their first home. They were able to find an opening on a Sunday so we didn't have to take any time off from work. Cody, one of the movers, found out that my daughter had also bought a washer/dryer, but couldn't be delivered for at least another 3 weeks because of COVID so he picked up the washer/dryer for them, took it to their basement and hooked everythinng up. Whether it was missed by I myself or it wasn't clear enough on the listing, I didn't know until after I booked that I would be getting moving helpers and not a truck as well. I had to rent a UHAUL, which wasn't a huge deal, but it was an extra $35 nonetheless. The help was great; maybe the listing needs to be more clear. Or I need to read better. However the owner of the company contacted me after the move and explained that there was a mixup and due to some rescheduling the wrong crew was sent. He was very gracious and compensated me for the mixup. I would use this moving company again in the future."
