"We hired Kings Moving to move my daughter and son-in-law into their first home. They were able to find an opening on a Sunday so we didn't have to take any time off from work. Cody, one of the movers, found out that my daughter had also bought a washer/dryer, but couldn't be delivered for at least another 3 weeks because of COVID so he picked up the washer/dryer for them, took it to their basement and hooked everythinng up. "The 2 man crew worked great. They were prepared and worked efficiently. Nothing was miss handled or broken. We undershot the amount of time it would take to complete, but we completely understood due to the elevator and courtyard slowing them down. "We hired them to move a Steinway piano and the movers came totally unprepared for the move. Just two men with no equipment. They did the move without any damage to the piano. However the owner of the company contacted me after the move and explained that there was a mixup and due to some rescheduling the wrong crew was sent.
