"We hired Kings Moving to move my daughter and son-in-law into their first home. They were able to find an opening on a Sunday so we didn't have to take any time off from work. Cody, one of the movers, found out that my daughter had also bought a washer/dryer, but couldn't be delivered for at least another 3 weeks because of COVID so he picked up the washer/dryer for them, took it to their basement and hooked everythinng up. "I was pleased with the people who helped as they were punctual and accommodating. Whether it was missed by I myself or it wasn't clear enough on the listing, I didn't know until after I booked that I would be getting moving helpers and not a truck as well. I had to rent a UHAUL, which wasn't a huge deal, but it was an extra $35 nonetheless. The help was great; maybe the listing needs to be more clear. Or I need to read better. "We hired them to move a Steinway piano and the movers came totally unprepared for the move. Just two men with no equipment. They did the move without any damage to the piano. However the owner of the company contacted me after the move and explained that there was a mixup and due to some rescheduling the wrong crew was sent. He was very gracious and compensated me for the mixup. I would use this moving company again in the future."
