"Great company to work with! I have a daylight walkout basement and wanted a patio cover installed over the entryway. Ken came out and talked to me about my options, and had great suggestions. The company did a great job of communicating with me about when the job would start, how long it would take, etc. I am extremely happy with the results. The entryway is beautiful, and looks like it's part of the house. Several neighbors didn't even realize we had added a cover to the entryway - it looks that much like the house! Condensation can occur on the inside of a roof, but it should always be temporary. It does not necessarily mean there is a roof leak. Condensation happens when the inside and outside of a house are at different temperatures. Depending on the type of damage your roof shingles have, you may be able to simply repair them without having to replace them. However, if there are more than a few to repair, replacement is likely the easier option. You may only need to replace a few of them. Repair shingles by applying roofing sealant directly under the shingle's damage and then directly over it. 

Thatched roofs are expensive for two main reasons: high labor costs and low supply of available roofers. The labor is more intensive for a thatched roof than other roof materials, so your contractor will work longer and charge more for the installation. There are also few professionals with the specialized skills and experience to install thatched roofs. Since the supply of available professionals is low, the cost of compensation is high.
