"Previous contractor completed full kitchen and dining room renovations.  Within weeks the kitchen grout began to crack and tiles became loose.  The previous contractor provided a tail lights warranty refusing to return calls after "fixing" the problem by placing caulk in the grout lines.  G&J pulled up the floor in the affected area,  secured the Durock properly and regrouted the entire floor with an epoxy  grout.  They also extended the tile floor into the laundry room.
Previously, G&J had redone our master bathroom with excellent results.
