I'm not real happy with the windows. I think we get some cool air at night. There were a couple of issues. It took them a long time to come out here. They're cheaper. They should have given better information about the windows they're installing. They were good on price and that's what we needed.

cALLED AROUND 830 AND THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT BY 1100 ALLWOING ME TIME TO PICK UP MY DOG FROM THE GROOMER.  cALLED AT 1030 TO SAY THEY'D BE THERE AT 11 IF THAT WAS OK.  aND THEY WERE THERE ON TIME.  vERY POLITE AND HELPFUL IN FINDING THE PROBLEM.  oFFERED TO WAIT ON INSTALLING A FAUCET IF i WANTED...

Doug was great to work with and did an excellent job. It took a little while to get the quote, but when it was received it was very accurate. Doug and his co worker spent 9 hours on the install and took the time to make sure everything was as he had promised. I would highly recommend him.
