About us
Radon is an odorless radioactive gas that may be a problem in your home. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the US. We are currently offering short term and long term radon testing in your home. Approximately 60% of homes in Eastern Nebraska test above the EPA's recommendation of 4pCi/l. However, any exposure to radon can be dangerous and mitigation should be considered. Contact us today for radon testing in your home.

"It is unfortunate this customer is upset. He is correct that Nebraska is a state that tests high in radon, however, there are homes that test below the EPA average. As for the testing itself, I explained to the customer the cost and what would be completed. He agreed to that before anything was completed. I did not even change my normal pricing even though the job was 45mins away. I am required by the State of Nebraska and EPA to follow certain rules when conducting a short term test. This includes the closed house conditions described. If the customer had just wanted a estimate for mitigation that would have been done at no cost. However, I was hired to complete a continuous monitor radon test with an agreed upon price and that was completed according to the regulations that I am bound to follow."
