"I did not hire the company for any remediation. Just had Dave come out and inspect and he found nothing that required their service but he did pull back carpet at doorway and found that the problem had been there long term and what I needed to do to correct the problem."

"We had discovered mold in our bedroom bathroom, from a faulty seal around our walk in shower. We thought we would have to tear apart the bathroom to get rid of the mold, but the team over at Altru were able to pin point the exact area that had the water damage and helped us save our floors away from the issue. Luckily we caught it on time before it dropped into our basement bedroom. They arrived within an hour of our call and reassured us every step of the way with our concerns. We highly recommend Altru Restoration to anyone with water damage and mold issues, we loved our outcome! Thank you!"

"The company did the mold removal and painting as I requested. They charged $1794.54 total for the work. I had originally requested separate bids for the painting and mold removal. but they gave me a combined bid. I again requested separate bids and was given separate bids totaling a little less than $100.00 more than the original combined bid. I decided to have both projects done at the same time, so I accepted the combined bid. The office administrator charged me the sum of the separate bids even after I pointed out that I was having both projects done at the same time and the combined bid should apply. I feel that on a project involving this much money, that the office administrator should have been more reasonable."
