I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. "In October of 2023 Contreras Concrete replaced our driveway. Emigdio was responsive and the driveway looked great when they were finished. In June of 2024, I contacted Emigdio about a hole that had appeared and some cracking at the end of the driveway. He came out and patched the hole. I contacted him again in September regarding the cracking. By March of the next year, the crack spread across the entire driveway and we noticed crumbling concrete where it met the garage. I tried contacting him again and never heard back. I would not recommend this contractor based on this."

"The cement patio replacement went absolutely amazing! Angel of Carrizales Concrete & Construction was contacted on Thursday that we were in need of our Concrete Patio replaced & Angel was at our house on Friday to give us a quote which was a fair quote that we accepted; & by Saturday the old cement was torn out & hauled away & by the end of the weekend it was formed & the Concrete was ready to be poured. The following Saturday Angel had his crew at our home bright and early to pour the Concrete & by the end of the weekend our patio was completed & ready for our party the following Saturday. Angel's crew was very neat & efficient; everything was cleaned up in a timely manner. The edging on the sides of the cement are very nice, cuts are straight & the smoothness of the patio is just perfect so as to not slip when it's wet. I highly recommend Angel & his crew in fact he'll be returning to repair our driveway in the near future."
