They cost a little bit more than the going rate but they are with it because they go the extra mile. They are very timely and pleasant work with.

I have a flat roof section that was leaking. Other roofers wanted to
replace my rolled roofing with Rubber sheeting and provide only a 1 or 2
year warranty. The Nelsons replaced with rolled roofing at a lower cost
and provided a 10+ year warranty on materials and work. They even fit
me into their very busy schedule quickly when I called about increased
leaking.

We have had this refuse service since we moved to this address. They have been unfailingly punctual and the haulers often put our garbage cans up next to the house when it is windy out so that they will be less likely to blow away. The only we would be more satisfied is if they would offer a very reasonable curbside recycling. As it is, their service is too expensive so we take ours to a recycling center.

Neeman and Sons were very easy to work with and overall did a fine job. The roof we chose if of very high quality and we knew up front it wouldn't be cheap. It comes with a 50-year warranty and should withstand Nebraska's inclement weather (wind, hail and temperature extremes) just fine. The firm was great to work with and very open. They were also very clean and took time each day to leave the job site in a very clean condition. The only problem we encountered was that our aluminum gutters were unintentionally damaged during the roofing. This was in spite of the concern I expressed up front concerning this possibility and the assurance I was given that no damage would occur. Our home has an 8/12 pitch roof, and only North-South facing slopes. Ladders were placed directly against the aluminum gutters on the two sides and the traffic up and down resulted in them being bent (slightly, but noticeably). Quite a bit of paint was removed from the top of the gutters as our old roof was removed and allowed to slide off to the ground below. When we complained after noticing the damage, the owner (Terry Neemann) offered to replace all of the supporting nails in the gutters to help re-straighten them out. The result wasn't perfect and you can still see some damage, but it looks better than it did before the necessary repair was completed.

Neeman was great to work with and the son that led the crew at our home (and indeed the entire crew!) was VERY responsible, friendly and conscientious. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. But they could have had a perfect rating from me if they had warned me of possible damage to our gutters instead of stating they wouldn't be harmed. Perhaps I should have pushed them to completely replace them afterwards, but I didn't think this would have been fair. It was also not covered under the contract we signed with them.

They were fine and good. They were helpful and prompt.

We had a large rain storm that caused some basement flooding. We caled Neemann and Sons to replace the gutters as they were old and too small fo the area. As we had an approaching vacation, Neeman worked with us to make sure they fit us into their schedule early so we didn't have the same probably while we were out of town and did a very nice job.

I signed the contract in the spring but it was several months before they were able to do the work which was much longer than estimated and longer than I wanted. High quality of work and very professional.

Because the work was done in winter, they had to wait for good weather to complete the job. But they were responsive to our calls and did quality work.

Neemann and Sons Roofing Inc.'s prices were very reasonable. They were very responsive and very professional. It's true, top to bottom. Their staff and the people on-site were very professional. They were efficient. They got the job done quickly and they cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend them.

The emergency gutter repair costs $350 and the gutter cleaning costs $75. The gutter repair was done probably a month-and-a-half ago and the cleaning of the gutters was a week ago. They are nice people, and they did come that day when I called for the emergency gutter repair which I appreciated, but then, when I saw how much that costs, I was really shocked. Their responsiveness failed on one thing. These were two different services, two different times. They get an A for their responsiveness for the emergency fix and a fail on coming over to clean the gutters and resolve a water issue. I e-mailed them and never heard back. It just has been really difficult.

Overall we were very satisfied, it allowed us to close on our new home at a fair price.
The work was of good quality and we received paperwork from the shingle manufacturer (certainteed) for our 30 years warranty as they are certified installers of this brand.
They were fine with receiving payment for this job at the time of closing on the property (a week or so later).

See above -- Super job on roof - gutters and sidiing!

We had Neeman Brothers replace our roof a few years ago. When it was time to replace our siding, we took bids from several area contractors. Neeman Brothers came in with a very competitive bid, and knowing the quality of work they do, we had no hesitation on hiring them for the job.
They did not disappoint. They were professional, and the end product looked great.

They were excellent. They helped us get a rebate from the original roofer. I would recommend them to anybody. They are reliable and very competitive as far as price. They have their own working crew year around. It was a job well done. I would use them again in the future.

They were done in a day. They came in, tore the old roof off and put on a new one all in one day. I was very satisfied with them. They have full-time employees; they don't just hire people anywhere. They have good workers and they keep their good workers. I'm pretty sure their price was competitive. They were right on time. They were nice people to deal with and they listened to me.

I called them when it snowed. They came over the next day and removed it. They did a good job, so I signed a contract. They have been out once more since.

The process from start to finish was fantastic. I had contacted several companies in the area for a combined quote on new windows and siding. Terry Neemann and his company provided the best estimate with the best materials. The work was performed in a very professional manner, and the on-site foreman and his crew were fantastic to work with. Their knowledge of the materials they work with is top-notch, as well as the quality of their work. They will provide you with references of their past work, and recommend you to contact the past customers to see how their projects turned out.

Neeman subcontracted to another roofer who did not have experience in Standing Seam roofs. Both roofs have leaked since completion. One house is leaking so bad that there is major interior damage. Neeman has absolutely refused to repair it or assist in any way. The issue is currently under Advisement and review by the Attorney General and the contractor who hired this company is in the process of suing him. Personally I wouldn't hire them to do a dog house.
