Overall, went well, took a while to get things rolling, a few phone call reminders.

He built a trench along the north and west wall all the way down and put in river rock, and re-cemented it all. Everything turned out very well, I was very happy and would recommend this company to anybody

I am in the process of buying a new home and wanted an expert opinion of the water drainage on the property and called Water Solutions to make an appointment. I knew Water Solutions provided free estimates and told them that I wanted an inspection of the property for potential water drainage problems and requested a price for this service. I was told there would be no charge. On the day of the appointment, representative, Mr. Walt Latham, arrived on time and after a discussion of my concerns he proceeded to walk the property. Mr. Latham pointed out potential areas of concern and advised on how to mitigate any problems. He also conducted an inspection of the walkout basement and highlighted areas that should be addressed to prevent any future problems. It is hard to believe that Water Solutions spent all this time with me and provided so much information at no charge. Because of Mr. Latham's professionalism and expertise I feel better about continuing with the purchase of the house. I would highly recommend Water Solutions and would seek their services should I ever need their expertise.

The construction of our pool was at a stand still when we called in Walt and his crew for help. Walt immediately identified the issue and came up with a detailed plan to address it. He was honest and took time to explain everything to me and my wife. They reacted quickly coming out the following week and worked through the July 4th weekend to get the job done. Everyone on the job was hardworking and respectful willing to answer all questions we had along the way. When the job was complete Walt reviewed everything with me and followed up to ensure we were fully satisfied. A few days later we found out the drainage pipes for the deck drains needed to be lowered to work with our layout. Walt had a full crew out the next day and not only did they lower the pipes but also installed and connected the deck drains to save us time and money. Walt also insisted on coming out to check on everything when the project was complete to ensure drainage was working properly.

I would highly recommend Water Solutions to anyone in need of a water drainage expert. Honest, trustworthy and hardworking.

They gave a bid two weeks ago.  He is going to install some drainage grates. I have an issue with my neighbors drainage coming into my yard.  Their gutters are coming into my yard. He will be installing three grates to assist with water drainage. They did a good job. They did not try to oversell me.  He took care to take care of my grass during the project.  During the project it looked like a war zone, but once they were done you could hardly tell they were there.  Just waiting on a good rain to see the final results.
