She says what she does and she does what she says. Not only that, but she's fun to be around. She's able to be a raconteur whilst at the same time destroying the stains on your grout with a toothbrush. She spent nine hours getting my house, not just back to baseline clean, but to "I just moved in" clean. No stone was unturned, no dust bunny un-vacuumed, no surface undusted.
