Hair, dust, dander, mildew, cat litter in places it had no business being, Karen handled it with aplomb and good humor. Her attention to detail is amazing. Nothing gets by her. She says what she does and she does what she says. Not only that, but she's fun to be around. She's able to be a raconteur whilst at the same time destroying the stains on your grout with a toothbrush. She spent nine hours getting my house, not just back to baseline clean, but to "I just moved in" clean. No stone was unturned, no dust bunny un-vacuumed, no surface undusted.
