"Install seemed to go OK, crew was great - only reason I?m giving two stars. Communication with this company was horrendous. Scheduling my initial measurements was hilarious, because their staff doesn?t understand that I work on call and my schedule can change - I would give them at least 24 hours notice in the event I needed to reschedule (which is 26 hours more notice than they gave me). The grumpy old lady that handles the scheduling gave me attitude over it - the idea that I could POSSIBLY need to reschedule - like it was the biggest inconvenience of her day, and almost lost my business right then. Stupidly, I brushed off her attitude and incompetence, and decided to proceed since I had a signed contract anyway. They were supposed to show up between 8am-12pm - waited till 10am (after I took the day off work and lost several hundred dollars) to tell me the crew couldn?t make it, and rescheduled me TWO WEEKS OUT. At this point, we?re heading into frigid temps and snow, and my broke"

" Chris was very prompt courteous professional and honest. Kept up great communication during the whole process. Gave an estimated start date when we signed the contract. Ended up starting 3 days early. Finally the honesty. He gave a cash discount. On the final day paid the last of the bill. When he got home messaged me I "overpaid $1000." And made arrangements to return it."

"I think there’s a reason that you don’t see any negative reviews regarding HRTI. The contract from Greg Cotton (the owner) stated that you agree not to take any action that would harm HRTI’s reputation or lead to unfavorable publicity. I suspect customers are not likely to provide honest feedback for fear of violating the contract and being sued. Although in Colorado, I don’t think a non-disparagement clause is enforceable. Regardless, I lined out that clause in our contract and am free to provide honest feedback. I had a very bad experience. It seemed like every week his sub-contractors wanted to follow the plan or do what we agreed to in the initial walkthrough, but Greg said no. That then caused me to have to show him proof of these scope details that we agreed to. That was exhausting and required me to maintain detailed records of every conversation. I finally got to the point that I had to have every exchange in email to have a record. In person he agreed to things but then later stated that he didn’t. Not wanting to record in-person visits, my wife and I asked him not to show up in person in the last month of construction. Up to that point he only came onsite once over 6 months, so there wasn’t much difference there. My gut told me that the lack of detail in the agreement was a bad idea and would lead to trouble and it did. Hope this helps."

He worked with our insurance company after a very bad hail storm and was able to get our entire house resided with James Hardy, as well as new gutters, downspouts, and window wraps. Jeremy and his team worked VERY hard for us, communication was impeccable, and whenever a problem arose, Royalty took care of it immediately, and in a manner befitting of a company that earns the trust and admiration of its customers. We will use them for LIFE. After the job was completed, there was an issue with the caulking used on our siding. The issue was the product, not Royalty's team or work. Royalty immediately moved to remedy the issue, even though they were out-of-pocket with Hardy for the fix for over a year. We even received a gift certificate around the holidays. That's what I call excellence in customer service! Thank you Jeremy, team, and Royalty Roofing & Siding. You are amazing!"

"Ordered and paid for custom awning that was to take 5 weeks. Its now been 16 weeks and still waiting. Owner is at best noncommunicable and at worst, rude. I'm now wondering if this is a scam and not a real business."
