"I was very pleased with their thoroughness. My house is not easy to clean (lots of ceiling fans and light fixtures, boxes of things I need to unpack and heavy furniture). They moved furniture and cleaned shades that are never opened. The kitchen was a disaster beforehand, it is pristine after a lot of hard work!"

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"I regret hiring COIT for rug cleaning; it was incredibly frustrating. Their "100% satisfaction guarantee" proved hollow. We paid $250 for a service that left our rug looking and smelling nearly as bad as before—just a rinse off, really. When we expressed dissatisfaction, we were promised a manager would call back after vacation, which never happened. After several calls, a tech came but simply applied a deodorizer instead of resolving the issue. Our attempts to reach them led to unanswered calls and unreturned messages. Every time we got a rep, the manager was unavailable, and they insisted on trying to clean our rug again. It's illogical to expect goodwill after such poor service—would anyone return to a poorly rated restaurant? Ultimately, we felt cheated and disappointed. I can't recommend COIT. Save your money and frustration by choosing a company that values its customers. The manager still hasn’t returned our call. Enjoy our $250, COIT. We'll clearly never see it again."

"Second Unitarian Church had a difficult time finding a contractor to strip and wax our vinyl tile floors which were really dingy and our custodial contractor just mopped them. We were even considering putting new flooring over the old vinyl! I found H&F on Angie's List and invited them to bid on cleaning the carpets (2,322 sq.ft.) and vinyl floors (1,459 sq.ft.). We accepted their bid, and we scheduled the work for two dates in May 2018 so as to minimize disruption to church operations. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, but the vinyl floor cleaning was fantastic! Those floors look almost like new! Everyone is really impressed with how bright the floors are and yet they aren't slippery. Luis said he has been doing tile floors since he was 15 (he's now 22), and he's really an expert."
